A large, private sun terrace awaits you just outside the door of the apartment, giving you views over Split's terracotta roofs towards the majestic Dinaric mountains, while also offering a place to sunbathe. 

Below the terrace, our small, vine and bougainvillea covered courtyard is also generally available for the use of guests who prefer a cooler place to relax. And if the grapes on the vine are ripe, you are welcome to try them!

Just behind the apartment is Marjan, a tree covered hill offering superb views over Split, and which includes a six square kilometre conservation area for walking and biking, and also hides dozens of small coves ideal for swimming.
